Our mission is simple: Bless Lives. It starts with our members and employees and extends to our partners and their employees and customers, moving on to each organization's various initiatives, programs, and focuses. At Gladly Good, we aren’t just finding and sharing good. We are also magnifying it and extending its reach until that impact can bless the lives of everyone it touches.
Having worked in and founded various small businesses nationwide, we recognize and empathize with owners, managers, and employees who lack the time or resources to find relevant benefits, impactful companies, and the latest and most innovative products and services. We have found some very strong employee discount programs with seemingly infinite discounts and pricing that prohibits small business owners from being able to offer such benefits to their small group of employees. This began our quest to find partner companies who share our values and mission while doing something new and unique. We have scoured the internet, magazines, and banner ads to find prospective partners. We have emailed and sent messages, bought lunch, and scheduled video calls and we continue to do all of this from our tiny office in small-town Utah. We are on a mission to bless as many lives as possible with as many partners as we can justify and as many customers as we can muster.
My family and my faith are the most important things in my life. My beautiful wife and I are raising our four amazing sons in Utah with deep roots still planted in Arkansas (WPS!). I find joy in spending time doing the things that my kids love with them: watching movies, attending sporting events, concerts, and pop culture conventions, traveling, and embarrassing each other by using generational slang incorrectly. I am happiest when I am serving others whether it be via my church, coaching soccer, or helping friends and neighbors. I love my job and the people that I work with and get to meet.
As the Director of Business Development, I’m passionate about driving growth and creating meaningful partnerships. My leadership skills and strategic mindset allow me to identify new business opportunities, explore emerging markets, and forecast business goals. When I am not shaping Gladly Good’s future, you will find me skiing down slopes, mountain biking, hiking, enjoying live concerts, or spending time on the water. Above all, my family holds my heart. I am a proud mom of three wonderful humans. It is pure joy watching them navigate life with such grace and courage.
I am a proud father and husband with a love for the outdoors and helping people (both indoors and outdoors). Growing up in northern Nevada, I learned to be resourceful and to work hard and have honed those skills through my schooling at Utah State University and throughout my career. I can't code and I am not graphics designer, but I can lead others through that process with a positivity and precision that is near perfect.
I am passionate about helping people become their best selves. From my childhood in rural Idaho to my time serving the humble people of Ecuador and into my career, I have set a goal to bless lives any way that I am able. My wife and I have four children and are now moving into the exciting grandparent face of our lives. I want to find ways to create a better world for my grandchildren and down through my posterity.
I'm the type of guy who loves to take everything apart and put it back together the right way. I've worked in capital markets for nearly as long as I can remember and like to think that I have a good understanding of what ingredients make a business financially successful. I have a beautiful family and we love to cook together, play music, and make memories in the amazing Utah mountains.
